The OverWatch smart-sensing system adjusts in real-time to manage flow and avoid clogs, guaranteeing un-interrupted operation. In the duplex configuration shown, the OverWatch allows for complete redundancy with one pump on-line while the other pump remains on stand-by. Both pumps are sized for 100% capacity. When the system detects increased torque due to a clog or rag obstruction, the flow is directed from the on-line pump to the stand-by pump.
The pump facing the obstruction is reversed, deploying the DIPCut impeller shredding blades to clear the blockage. The pump returns to normal operation when acceptable torque is measured.
The system ships from the factory pre-configured & tested. Modular construction allows easy installation in new or existing structures with minimal ground excavation or structure modifications. The factory-supplied control panel can be monitored either locally or via the cloud through a connected device.
