Industrial Flow Solutions™ is proud to announce its attainment of ISO 9001:2015 Certification, effective immediately. This significant accomplishment underscores Industrial Flow Solutions™ commitment to upholding the highest standards of quality and its dedication to technological excellence through the rigorous application of quality assurance standards across all its operations.

“Focused on providing intelligent pumping solutions, Industrial Flow Solutions™ (IFS) products are designed to reduce costs, enhance efficiencies, and minimize environmental impacts. IFS remains steadfast in delivering quality solutions accompanied by industry-leading lead times,” stated John Wilson, Chairman, and CEO.

Industrial Flow Solution’s ISO 9001:2015 certification, certified by NQA, covers its headquarters in New Haven, Connecticut, USA, which houses its engineering, research and development, product testing, warehousing, production, as well as customer-facing and back-office teams.

Developed and overseen by the International Organization for Standardization in Geneva, Switzerland, the ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management Systems certification represents the latest iteration of ISO 9001, previously updated in 2008. It is underpinned by seven Quality Management Principles (QMPs): Customer Focus, Leadership, Engagement of People, Process Approach, Improvement, Evidence-based Decision-making, and Relationship Management.

Wilson emphasized, “Quality processes are foundational to supporting all teams within the organization. We are deeply committed to maintaining a high level of human touch from the initial inquiry to post-installation support.”
