For the past twenty-one years, the Canadian Institute for Energy Training (CIET) has specialized in high quality energy management and energy efficiency training and has trained over 7,000 professionals. The Hydraulic Institute (HI) is pleased to announce their partnership with CIET by adding their Pump System Optimization (PSO) course to CIET’s expanding training catalog.
“HI’s partnership with CIET opens a new world of possibilities in regards to pump systems energy efficiency training in Canada,” states HI’s Director of Education & Training, Mark Sullivan, adding that, “our in-person training programs are primarily hosted in the United States, but pump systems energy efficiency training has no borders. We are excited to begin expanding our training territory and collaborate with CIET in this capacity”.
The first joint PSO course takes place in Toronto, Ontario, Tuesday, May 23, 2017 at the Ramada Plaza Toronto. The training is product-neutral and provides case studies and actual field data to show the energy savings and kilowatt reduction with a more efficient pumping system. Management can use this course as a valuable tool to introduce better energy efficiency practices within their scope and regions. The course is instructed by Mr. Greg Pimento P.E., Owner Sales Executive, Armstrong Fluid Technology.
