Global Equity Consulting (GEC) and City Capital Advisors announce the formation of a senior level team to provide merger and acquisition support, including buy-side and sell-side representation, as well as capital raising services to middle market companies with a focus on manufacturing, distribution and industrial services in the Fluid Handling / Flow Control Industries.

Mr. Haan is the former COO of Kalamazoo based Durametallic Corporation and President of the Fluid Sealing Division of Flowserve Corp (NYSE: FLS). In addition to his worldwide operating management experience Mr. Haan has negotiated transactions globally including: USA, Australia /New Zealand, Asia and the Middle East.

Mr. Craig has spent over 25 years advising privately owned and publicly traded companies in the development and execution of acquisitions, divestitures and sale/merger strategies. Prior to City Capital, Barry worked for Bank of America Securities and Lehman Brothers. Representative clients Barry has advised include Boeing, Sara Lee, National Semiconductor, Brunswick, Bridgestone/Firestone, The Coleman Company, M.A. Hanna, Valmont and IDEX Corp.

Mr. King is Co-founder of City Capital Advisors.
