Gasketing /Converting Expo to be Held in April 2016

The Gasket Fabricators Association (GFA) will be presenting the Gasketing/Converting Expo ’16 on April 5-7, 2016 at the Rosen Shingle Creek in Orlando, Florida. Co-sponsors of the event are the International Association of Diecutting and Diemaking (IADD), the International Sealing Distribution Association (ISD), and the Fluid Sealing Association®(FSA).  The Expo will also feature the co-located IADD Midyear Leadership Conference.

This one of a kind industry event attracts some of the top industry professionals and provides attendees with a unique and valuable chance to meet with both new and existing suppliers. Past events have each drawn over 500 attendees and over 100 exhibitors.

The Gasketing/Converting Expo features a cost-effective tabletop display format that allows suppliers to have unprecedented exposure to gasket fabricators and converters without having to arrange for elaborate displays and logistics. Exhibitors will be manufacturers of gasket material, converting equipment, tooling, quality inspection equipment and software, and devices to complement upstream or downstream processing.  Providers of human resource, software, and merger and acquisition services are also expected to exhibit.

Gasket fabricators, converters, distributors, owners, officers, first line managers, operations managers, purchasing managers, and estimators should all plan to attend.  This will be a unique opportunity for gasket industry professionals to network and do business.

“In one day, we can get all the latest information from current and new suppliers. This allows us to increase our profitability and to be a valuable resource to our customers,” said Ken Stober, President and CEO of Mueller Die Cut Solutions and GFA President.

The Gasketing/Converting Expo will also feature a series of technical sessions on topics that directly impact the Gasketing and Converting industries.  Industry leaders will explore and lead in-depth discussion on topics such as Business Interruption Planning/Disaster Recovery, Closed-Cell Expanded Rubber, Innovation, and Social Media. The general session will feature Cam Marston of Generation Insights, the leading expert on the impact of generational change and its impact on the marketplace.
