WWETT Show 2019 will be held February 21-23, 2019 at the Indiana Convention Center in Indianapolis, IN. This premier event for the wastewater industry hosts more than 13,000 registered professionals, including 1,237 international visitors from 56 countries. There will be more than 600 exhibiting companies filling approximately 350,000 net square feet of expo space. The show will also extend into Lucas Oil Stadium, the home of the Indianapolis Colts. This venue houses WWETT Live!, a festival event featuring heavy-equipment demonstrations, on-field games and activities, and the popular Spartan Tool Kick Off Party.
New to this year’s WWETT Live!, the National Onsite Wastewater Recycling Association (NOWRA) will be conducting the National Backhoe ROE-D-HOE® Championship Competition! The ROE-D-HOE® competition is a two-day open competition where attendees who are skilled at Backhoe Operating (contestants) will compete by using the backhoe/shovel to skillfully and smoothly move small objects such as a golf ball or bowling pin in an extreme race against time. The contestants will participate in three skills games – basketball, golf, and bowling. The competition is timed and will culminate with the contestants with the top three times winning up to $1,000 in cash prizes. In addition to the competitors who participate in the competition at the WWETT Show, champions from state ROE-D-HOE® competitions held around the country will also participate. The overall champion will be presented with the Championship Belt to wear for the day! No early sign in required. Contestants may register onsite for a nominal $5 fee.
Attendees and exhibitors alike will find the WWETT Show 2019 to be an excellent event and a great forum for learning and conducting business. The Education Program offers 100+ sessions, workshops, certification classes, and technical tours spanning three days. Join us for the world’s largest annual trade show for wastewater professionals!
