The program is a must-attend event for those with contract responsibilities within their companies or managers who seek to better understand how the right contract can impact the bottom line. This year’s program provides highly interactive sessions on Find the Flaws, contract language for alternative procurement mechanisms, what you need to know about Contract Lifecycle Management systems, neutralizing contract “killer” clauses, negotiating successful change orders, tariffs and trade, and a special financial presentation.
