Empowering Women in Industry Launches Slack Community

Empowering Women in Industry launched a Slack community on March 8, 2021. Slack is a collective app that brings the right people, information, and tools together to get work done. It also serves as a way to connect and network with those in similar industries and who have similar interests and/or passions.

The newly launched Empowering Women in Industry Slack Group is a collaborative, online space for our community members to participate in our mission to Connect, Educate, Inspire, and Empower women in male-dominated industries to become the best version of themselves. We have a wide range of channels to follow and engage with including helpful resources, maintenance & reliability, networking opportunities, self-care, and more. “The goal of this new online tool for our network is to make it easier to connect with one another and give people a place where they can share their stories and be an active part of our community outside of our annual events” says Bethany Womack, Brand Development Manager for Empowering Brands.

We would love to have you join our Empowering Women in Industry Slack community or connect with us online! If you’d like to participate or attend our 2021 annual event or if you’d like to share your story you can visit our website or contact Charli K. Matthews at
charli@empoweringwomeninindustry.com.
