DeanHouston, Inc. Earns Spot on Inc. 5000 List For Third Consecutive Year

Inc. magazine released its 2014 Inc. 5000 list of the nation’s fastest-growing private companies today and, for the third consecutive year, DeanHouston is included in this exclusive group of businesses, ranking No. 2611. In 2013, the company was ranked No. 2989, and No. 3120 in 2012.

DeanHouston posted three-year revenue growth of 144 percent through 2013, placing the Cincinnati-based full-service, business-to-business marketing communications firmNo. 18 among Cincinnati metro-area companies on this year’s list.Established in the summer of 1988, the company – which now has offices in Illinois, California and China – is Cincinnati’s 13th largest advertising-marketing-branding agency, according to the Cincinnati Business Courier’s latest rankings released Friday (August 15).

DeanHouston is also one of 75 finalists in next Tuesday’s 15th Annual Tri-State Family & Private Business Awards recognition program. The University of Cincinnati and the Goering Center for Family & Private Business each year presents the annual Tri-State Family and Private Business of the Year Awards, which honors the “enormous positive contributions made by family and privately owned companies, both large and small.”

Earlier this year, DeanHouston ranked No. 19 in the Cincinnati Business Courier’s Fast 55, which recognizes Greater Cincinnati’s fastest growing private companies.

The company has added 25 employees in the previous three years, 17 of whom have been hired just since January.

In a joint statement provided by DeanHouston founders, Dale Dean and Greg Houston, they expressed, “We’re obviously very pleased and proud of all these awards, but as we’ve said since day one of our business, ‘Our most cherished award is the confidence and trust our great customers and our dedicated staff place with us each and every day. We certainly want to acknowledge and thank our loyal customers as well as our employees who do whatever it takes to meet our customers’ needs each and every day. We continue to strive to offer our customers highly effective, cost-effective business-to-business marketing solutions that will allow them to achieve their professional goals and to advance their lives at a personal level.”
