Danfoss, a leading manufacturer of high-efficiency components and controls for air-conditioning, heating, refrigeration, industrial, and water systems, recently named Ashwani Girdhar its new regional sales manager supporting its heating business in Canada.
Specifically, Girdhar will focus on growing sales and supporting Canadian customers of Danfoss’ hydronic comfort controls portfolio, including energy-saving radiator thermostats, and precise and reliable AB-QM™ pressure independent control valves. He will also work to support the company’s business in district energy.
Previously, Girdhar spent six years as a senior sales manager for Danfoss in India; he has 10 years of experience in the HVAC industry.
He holds a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering from Delhi University in India.
