This is my signature “Charli” pose. I like to say that I’m taking up space, but today I am thinking about my community and that my arms are open wide for all of you. We are excited about all the ways the Empowering team has built community within the pump industry and can’t wait to have everyone together again for EPIC (Empowering Pumps & Industry Conference) in November. It will take place at The Water Tower which adds another level of excitement. This facility was built with events like #EPIC2023 in mind and it has it all… including their own empowering team. We will have presentations, labs, exhibits, tours, podcasts, and more… I am very excited about partnering with the Women of SWPA to bring technical training offerings, as well. Connecting the Global Pump Industry has been a goal of mine for over a decade and The Water Tower partnership will make all the difference for our community in 2023.

Speaking of community, we will also be launching the Empowering Women in Industry membership program, as well, as our digital magazine later this month. There are many ways to get involved, so please reach out. I am excited to continue to provide inspiration for our future generation while supporting our current workforce… My focus is on building strong relationships and environments to help ensure our workers feel welcomed and included in driving innovation forward.
