Check Valves Assembled to Order When You Need Them

When a check valve breaks or malfunctions, it may cause an entire system to break down. A new, high-quality check valve is needed—and it’s needed immediately.

While a company may have a backup valve they can use in the meantime, it’s still necessary to get the replacement quickly. Check-All Valve keeps hundreds of standard components in stock and can assemble, quality check, test, and ship new valves out to its customers in a week or less. When you need an expedited option, Check-All Valve works around you. For applications that are produced on a regular basis for specific companies and/or customers, these can be assembled and shipped very quickly – in some cases on the same day, and in most cases in less than a week. The process is fast, and the quality is high.

Check-All Valves assembles all its spring-loaded, poppet-style check valves to order. We accomplish this by keeping standard components—such as springs, seats, bodies, etc.—on the shelf, ready to go. When a customer calls in, the application data is gathered, and the order is submitted electronically and quickly. In fact, the order goes to the assembly area almost immediately.

Check-All Valves does not have to wait for inventory to be shipped in from overseas; we already manufacture the majority of components in-house allowing for very short lead times—in most cases, a week or less.

This system offers advantages for OEMs who are trying to reduce inventory. They know they can get products that fit their specific process flow skid because they have a supplier who can get the valves to them very quickly.

Check-All’s short lead-times offer a competitive advantage in the engineered check valve market, also rivaling the availability of commodity check valves found online or at ‘big box’ industrial supply stores.

At our manufacturing facility in Des Moines, Iowa, a laser automated system is used to mark the valves with the part number and Valve Identification Number (VIN). The VIN indicates which material was used for that specific order so that it can be traced later if another identical valve is needed, further supporting end users’ needs for fast turnaround times.

We employ many quality checks, including seat leakage tests, function tests, and so forth, that are performed on every check valve we ship Most valves are ready to be shipped in less than one week, and there is no minimum order. If you want just one valve, we will sell it to you.

Check-All offers standard connections such as (pipe thread, flange, tubing, socket weld, sanitary, as well as custom connections unique to a customer’s specific application. requirements. Our check valves are used in many industries, including chemical, petrochemical, food, pharmaceutical, water treatment, OEM, MRO, aerospace and many others.

Our check valves are rugged, efficient, and built to last. They function equally well in either a vertical or horizontal position. They are designed to reduce installation costs and work well in the most demanding and aggressive environments. Our check valves can also be used as vacuum breakers and low-pressure relief valves (see our blog on that here). Check-All manufactures all of our check valves in the USA and is committed to providing reliable service to each customer.
