PSG ®, a Dover company and a global leader in the manufacture of pumps, systems and related flow-control solutions, is pleased to announce that Bob Lauson has been appointed General Manager for PSG Grand Rapids (Blackmer®). In this role, Lauson will be responsible for leading the Grand Rapids organization and will report directly to PSG President Karl Buscher.
Lauson joins PSG from Terra Sonic International, where he held the position of President. Prior to his time in that position, Lauson held various leadership positions at United Technologies’ Sullair Corporation.
“Bob’s management style, experience and demonstrated success make him well equipped for his new role at PSG Grand Rapids,” said Buscher. “His exceptional skills and manufacturing background make him a welcomed addition to the PSG team.”
Lauson holds a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from Marquette University and a Masters degree in Business Administration from Purdue University. He will be based out of the PSG Grand Rapids facility in Grand Rapids, MI, USA.
