NETZSCH Will Inaugurate New Houston, Texas Facility on May 4th with an Opening Ceremony

By: Netzsch

New facility will bring NETZSCH’s innovation and industry-leading knowledge to Houston

NETZSCH Pumps North America, LLC will inaugurate its new Houston facility with an afternoon barbecue celebration on May 4th from 3 to 6 pm at 1511 FM 1960 Road, Houston, TX. Here, NETZSCH partners, customers, vendors, local authorities, and NETZSCH’s employees will be able to enjoy a traditional Texas barbecue accompanied by live music.

At this event, there will be a ribbon-cutting ceremony attended by a number of NETZSCH’s top executives. These will include Mr. Moritz Netzsch, a member of NETZSCH’s executive board, Felix Kleinert, Managing Director of Business Unit Pumps & Systems, Jens Heidkötter Managing Director at NPS and Thomas Streubel, President of NETZSCH Pumps North America, LLC.

NETZSCH is opening this facility in Houston not only to assemble pumps but to be closer to its customers. This new facility allows NETZSCH to better attend to customers in the region, including oil and gas, water treatment facilities, as well as all other industry verticals requiring NETZSCH products.

The Houston facility will serve as NETZSCH’s main hub for all four positive displacement pump technologies, including its NOTOS® multiple screw pump, TORNADO® rotary lobe pump, PERIPRO™ peristaltic pumps and NETZSCH’s industry-leading NEMO® progressing cavity pumps. Additionally, NETZSCH will provide downhole pumps and grinder technologies. These products will be assembled and tested in this facility for local customers. NETZSCH is unique in being the only pump provider to assemble and test all of the technologies in these distinct product lines onsite in Houston.

The facility will involve professionals in sales, service, and production. This includes the areas such as business field manager, regional sales manager, application engineer, and associates in charge of order processing. This team is not only capable of assembling, but also acknowledging, selecting, and servicing the products onsite.

“With the opening of this new facility, NETZSCH is expanding production capabilities throughout all of our technologies and preparing for the future markets,” says Thomas Streubel, President of NETZSCH Pumps North America, LLC. “This is the first step of decentralization in the US of both production and application knowledge to best attend all markets with our core technologies. We have expert people and leading knowledge to help our customers.”
