This is VMA’s premier event open to members only\, which delivers unparalleled networking\, discussion and analysis of the most important external and internal issues being faced\, and how they affect the valve industry. \nAnd while this year will be different as we hold the event online\, all attendees will still know why this is a not to be missed event! Because the event is virtual\, it is the ideal opportunity for a group of individuals from your company to benefit from attending and hearing the same information together. A rate for up to 10 people from each member company is available\, as well as an individual registration rate. The return you’ll receive from your investment is well worth it – and if you don’t think it is\, we’ll refund your registration! \nWHAT TAKES PLACE?\nThe Virtual Annual Meeting will take place for a few hours each day\, over three days. VMA’s has created a program addressing the top concerns of the industry today. He will share his experience in managing natural and man-made conflicts to help VMA members build a culture of preparedness to manage through crisis and change in our country’s new normal. \nPolitical Analysis and Impacts for Manufacturing Companies\nNationally respected pollster\, best-selling author and on-air election analyst John Zogby will aim to provide some context around the polarized politics of today and some analysis of the upcoming election this November. He’ll also weave in some ideas on how the manufacturing industry can prepare for the coming wave of dynamic change\, and be available to answer your burning questions. \nUsing Organizational Change Principals in a Remote Work Environment\nCurrently the Director\, Organizational Transformation and Change Management at JLL and a former HR consultant\, Danielle Zaft will share her insights and knowledge on organizational change principles to help you adjust to a changed world. \nUnconscious Bias: How to Reframe Bias\, Cultivate Connection and Create High-Performing Teams\nFranklin Covey’s Thought Leader on Inclusion and Bias\, Pamela Fuller\, will explore why our assumptions about each other and how we interact with one another has vast effects on both individual and organizational success.
